Unprofessional service and customer relationship.

My wife and I went to Ocean Basket Savanah Polokwane. We ordered drinks and food. The waiter brought us small bread as a welcome. The knifes were so blunt, we could not cut the bread. We asked the waiter for a steak knife and he said they don't have where I asked the manager on duty and he made a big joke of it. We suddenly break the bred by hand to add butter. The manager was very unprofessional which will cause the business to loose lots of clients. We are regular clients to this branch but after las night we will never visit again!
