Unpleasant Meal, Poor Service Delivery

I visited Ocean Basket VnA Waterfront Cape Town on 18th September 2021 and my experience was absolutely disappointing when ordering a platter for 2 which costed R370 when our food was absolutely drowned in Cajun spice and it was really not a pleasant to eat and our waiter was hardly visible and we just left it at that and Paid the bill, we took what was left home instead and even when eating it at home again it was extremely salty because it was drowning in Cajun spice, I called the manager on 19th September 2021 and he just said sorry to hear that if you come again I can give you something small I explained to him like really something small? We purchased a platter for 2 and you want to sweep the matter under the carpet with something small wow... The managers name was Johann and I'm very disappointed and disgusted he's response after we spent R480.
