Unpleasant Cold Food Served

<p>I eat regularly at Ocean Basket, but disappointed beyond measure with the most unpleasant experience. We've been waiting for over an hour for our food to be served. Restaurant isn't even full. Food was served cold in cold pans - not even using a dishcloth to serve what should have been hot pans. Waiter then took food back to warm it - you're not supposed to warm seafood!! Our order was wrong. Sides asked for were incorrect. Fish was dry. Even table next to us complained & confirmed they would never come back either. What's going on?? Please investigate!</p>
