unpleasant afternoon out

i recently visited Ocean basket reef city . i ordered food and it was cold , when i asked the waiter to make it warm again it tasted as if she has put it for 30 seconds in the warmer. the fish was not fresh , there was no flavour or taste in the food . the garlic butter tasted as if it was old. the overall experience was unpleasant. and the staff do not make you feel welcome. when i spoke to the customer care division about this they asked me what can they do about it?

overall it was a very dull experience. Food was not nice and did not taste fresh and nice at all. i should of stayed at home and have a braai with my 400 rand
