Unjust tr

I've noticed in the past 3 months the degradation of the management @ the said establishment, mainly the co owner, in the manner he handles the waiters that were on duty recently. The said waiters were verbally abused in front of customers by the co owner when there was a problem with back of house and stock management issues, he did not,in my opinion apply the correct procedures in assisting in dealing with the issue at hand. I cannot support the restaurant whilst such unjust treatment of staff continues to exist
