Unhappy customer

My family and I visited Ocean Basket Stoneridge Johannesburg on Saturday, what a poor experience, we wanted to sit outside and asked for the umbrella to be put up, the waitress said she would get someone to assist us and eventually no one came, I asked the waitress and she said the staff who all stood at the door looking at us refused to help her, the place was empty, no one was busy and there faces clearly showed no customer service, I called the Manager, he was not much help and he eventually said he would do it, I was so angry that this is how staff would behave and they are being paid a salary, I took my family and left. Ocean Basket you really need to relook at your training process and also the cost of your menu, no wonder the place had barely any customers
