Unfriendly staff

My wife and I went to Ocean basket on Monday-14th and we placed an order for sushi.<br> the lady who helped us Patience Mhlongo was very unfriendly and had a bad attitude. We then went to another shop and when we came back, water spilt on the floor and one of the other waitress just stood there and laughed. we then wanted to pay, we requested for more soy sauce, but Patience said that she is going to charge us for it. We then told her that before we did not have to pay for it, after going on for 5 minutes we decided to pay for it. She then said that she does not have change. she took another 10 minutes to get R40 change and when we paid for the sauces she asked again if we have change. taking a further 5 minutes of our time she then came with a R2 change.<br> <br> Please train your staff well to be customer orientated as I will never return to ocean basket just because of Patience. she needs people skills and it is unacceptable as a customer to be treated this way.
