Uncomfortable seating with no protection against the heat

This branch of Ocean Basket thinks the consistent good food will keep people coming back. Wrong! they have a lot of tables set next to the windows which gets all the sun and heat in the late afternoon. Several people opened windows to try and keep cool, and even asked for the aircon to be increased. The so called manager could not even come over and talk to us, instead chose to berate and embarrass our waiter. This young man gave us impeccable service and it certainly was not his problem to sort out. The windows had to be closed because the blinds{( which do nothing) might be damaged. The manager wasn't at all concerned about our problem and nothing was done. There are many Ocean Basket branches around , and this branch will be losing many customers over a problem that could be easily solved.I might add that we were not the only customers who complained, so sort yourselves out or stand to lose loyal customers!
