Unacceptably poor service and quality of food

We often eat at Ocean Basket and went the OB at Mall of Africa on Sunday afternoon. The service was very slow. We had a new waitress who didn't know the menu, she was friendly but didn't understand many of our requests. One of the managers came to our table to hear one of our requests as we asked for pita with the dips not tostadas. Our request was granted but the pita arrived without the dips which eventually arrived much later. The sushi we ordered was seriously disappointing - rainbow rolls that had been hurriedly constructed and salmon roses with far too much mayonnaise on them. We sc****d 3/4 of the mayonnaise off our salmon roses. We had to ask for lemons. We called another manager over to talk to him about the sushi but we didn't send it back as we had waited for far too long for the food. There are so many staff members there but the service is so slow even late on a Sunday afternoon.
