Unacceptable service

I placed an order for Ocean Basket Cresta Crossing at 4:40pm on the 7th May. I waited until 6pm and nothing was delivered. I phoned the branch and spoke to the Manager and he told me they didn’t get that order as the phone was on silent. This is unacceptable. Have been told 10 - 15min delivery and it’s now 6:31pm and nothing. This food order is for kids.
