Place my takeaway order exactly 18:25 was told that it takes 10-15 minutes to prepare the order and that was ok with me,I waited for over 30 mintues without being check a guy comes along orders and get his before me I thought maybe his was a small thing and quicker to be prepared in additional to 30 minutes I waited another 10 minutes,waited had tables to serve didnt even check on me to see if I was still there,ask for my older from his colleague,the colleague went after Simphiwe the actual waiter he came to me and said my order was being prepared and I told him he can cancel it since he didnt have the decency to tell me before I could ask,he proceed to the kitchen brought my food not well prepared grabbed a plastic bag put it in,the reason why I ordered takeout was because I was going to drive and eat and there were not salts,wipes folk ect tirreble taste food with lack of service,I need to put to ocean bascket as a franchise that we spend money on good service and I'm not impressed
