Two ticks of a dead fish tail

Today I tried to make a reservation for NEW YEAR’s EVE at the OCEAN BASKET on the Piazza at MONTE CASINO. Chris Mangena informed me that I could not make the reservation unless I drove there today and secured the booking despite me telling him I wanted to pay via credit card.... he then put the phone down on me and when I called back he emphatically denied that he said this. In the umteenth call he asked me not to call back.... apparently his ego is far more important than bookings and the reputation of OCEAN BASKET. I called MONTE CASINO in this regard.... this OCEAN BASKET does not even have a registered landline number, what kind of restaurant does this? ... and if Chris Mangena is the face of what service is at OCEAN BASKET then you can expect only lies denial and dishonesty.... how then can one trust the kitchen..... OCEAN BASKET I was looking for a great night out for NEW YEAR but you have ruined it. THANK YOU for nothing.
