Tokai Blue route malls harsh and cruel operator

I am in utter shock and disbelief I don't know where to start. I write this horrific review out of concern for the staff of your tokai blue route mall Ocean Basket. On Saturday the 28th of May 2022 was the second time I witnessed the cruelsome leadership of what they refer to as your OPERATOR by the name Hynne. This guy treats his staff with disrespect on a level I've never seen before. He has no care to whose Watching. He was shouting at the staff using words such as "***" and "****ing " and the way he addresses them, its so disgusting. It's straight out abuse of power. These waiters are so nervous when they serve you they can barely smile and concentrate. When I asked my waiter is that the manager he is so rude ,she responded with "his very strict". There is a major difference with a manager being strict and being straight out disrespectful. These waiters are shaking as they walk one of them fell to the floor with glass on their tray. They are in a State of panic. I am beside myself after watching this. I still cannot digest what I saw. All the customers we're watching how he was cussing and going about treating the staff. As a customer I can assure you I will never ever be dinning at your blue route mall store ever again ,I will also be taking this further as I am concerned about the mental health of these employees . The poor waiter was to afraid to give me his name. He doesn't even smile with the customers. If this is the management you higher to manage the core foundation of your business it says a lot about the employer. Disgusting is the only word I can use to describe the management I saw.
