This evening, I bought a takeaway from Ocean Basket Wonderboom, and I’m disappointed with the service. Firstly, my order was incorrect, even though it was clearly written in the waiter’s book. When I pointed this out, it was rectified, but I then had to request utensils for my takeaway. To my surprise, the lady responded by saying I should have mentioned that I wanted utensils. This lack of attention to detail and unprofessional response left a bad impression. I expected better from Ocean Basket.
