The food portions and service

On the 22 November i travelled to Rustenburg on business and went to buy a take away at Ocean Basket Safari Gardens Centre. I bought the Calamari 3 ways, I got no cutlery, no salt and pepper and no condiments. I had to request the waiter to give me the condiments that went with the meal, it took him approximately 15 min to do so. The guest house where i was staying was 5min away, and by the time i arrived there the food was cold, it had no taste, you couldn't taste the three different ways of the preparation of the calamari, it all tasted the same, but what disappointed me the most is that i had /- 15 little pieces of calamari in total. The container was half empty. I frequent the Ocean Basket at The Glen quite often as my daughter is a big fan and the portions are double the quantity, and the service is great, everything is brought to your table up front. My experience in Rustenburg was bad, and i'll not be going back ever again, i'll rather eat at another restaurant that delivers excellent service and great food.
