Terrible Service -Waited over an hour for our food

At 13:35 on Sunday, 01 November 2015 my family am i decided to dine at Ocean Basket - Waterfront. What a terrible experience we had. We were a total of 5 adults and 3 children, First they seated us at a 6-seater table, which was very uncomfortable. We almost had to beg them for an alternative table which we then got. Then, they brought us the usual bread and sauces while we waited to order. The cutlery and crockery was dirty, we had to ask them to bring us others which was still not very clean. We then went ahead and ordered drinks, which also was not what we ordered but we kept it none the less because the waiter looked very confused. We then placed our orders at 13:50. After about 30mins when all tables around us received their food, we questioned where ours were. They said it would be soon. Another 15mins passed again, we asked again and they said another 15mins. We asked two different managers and both refused to bring us the drinks bill so we can leave. Eventually after 1hour 10mins we received our food. No apologies or anything from the male manager who was rude and arrogant. The female manager was eventually apologetic when she realised how unhappy we were. Dissappointed !
