terrible service -lack of service, Raw food.. disgusting!!!

<p>My family and I visited ocean basket on Sunday 5 of June 2016 at about 1.. Firstly my order wasn't complete.. The kiddies meals prawns were burnt.. All 3 meals.. We sent it back and it came back even worse... The main platter we ordered was raw.. totally raw.. We sent it back n it came back exactly the same.. This is disgusting.. I drove from pretoria all the way to fordsburg and u get extremely disgusting service n food that is extremely horrible... The waiter than takes off the kiddies meals from bill to compensate for the inconvenience.. This inconvenience even more insulting like I can't pay for my food.. in my opinion the only thing that we should be charged for was the drinks coz that us the only thing according to me was right..</p>
