Terrible Service/ Incomplete food

<p>Ocean basket Pavilion today I'm absolutely disgusted with your service and incomplete food!! First we got a trainee so he had no clue what we offered then we ordered "x4 glasses with each a shot of passion fruit and a jug of water, X1 sushi for 2 platter (half with sushi as is and the other half we asked that the avo be replaced with cucumber" well our drinks took 15min - all passion fruit in 1 gl...ass the trainer says oh sorry there was no bartender so he just put some in a glass so we should just share it in the glasses" so we did do it. I then went to the manager to make sure that our food order will come to us right- well another waiter comes to confirm our order again which we explain and then our food arrives and half the sushi is just cucumber- they removed all other ingredients!!! Seriously... No manager came to check so we paid and left. What an unsatisfactory experience, our tummies still hungry so we will have to go get other food. Not the standard and service we are used to from your branch. I asked the owner to call me and still waiting for a reply since yesterday.</p>
