Terrible service at Ocean Basket -Somerset west mall

We didn’t have a good experience at Somerset West Mall’s Ocean Basket, it was terrible in fact. We booked early as we were a larger group 14 people. We arrived there @ 15:00, but our food only came an hour & a half later. When we called to ask why it’s taking so long the manager was very hostile & raised her voice when she said that because we’re a large group our food takes longer. I mean they should’ve been prepared since we booked ahead of time. If they are short staffed they should’ve made the necessary arrangements. What was supposed to be a joyous occasion left a bitter taste in our mouths. And the staff member who recommended this restaurant felt so embarrassed. The waiter didn’t even say sorry when she brought our food & also had an attitude when one of the staff asked her something. Your whole experience is spoiled when you get such service & no one even apologizes. Absolutely pathetic. I’d never go there again. I’ve never received such terrible service by any other Ocean Basket restaurant before.
