Terrible service at Ocean Basket Glengarry

Went to Ocean Basket at Glengarry for lunch. Got there at just before 12:30. Only got our food at 14:00. People that were there after us had eaten and left already. Very disappointed, place was supposed to be the best Ocean Basket in the area. Would've thought the manager would've come over to apologise, but he was nowhere to be seen.
