Terrible service at Ocean Basket Figtree Port Elizabeth

So we ordered from Ocean basket fig tree branch in Port elizabeth, we ordered a takeaway platter for 2 as well as deep fried California rolls. Upon opening the sushi we saw that it was half size sushi rolls, with so little filling, it was actually pointless to order it, we then proceeded to dish from the platter for 2, only to open the platter and the fish was burnt and there was no butter sauce to throw over anything. Therefore making this a horrible exeprience for us, as all the food was dry and tasteless. We eat ocean basket at least once a week and really do enjoy it but today was just the pit. We then proceeded to phone the manager to let her know about our experience, we were never planning to lay a complaint but just merely to let her know about our experience. She then responded by covering up there mistake and saying that we have to order the butter sauce separately, in all our years of eating at ocean basket we have not once ordered the sauce as it standardly comes with the meal. She did not once apologize for the burnt fish or the fact that they omitted to add the sauce. We will never eat at ocean basket fig tree again. They have just lost valuable clients
