Terrible service and food

Ocean basket service at the gateway mall is appalling. The service is slow,the wait times are way too long.you get **** 2 about the food wait times.when your food finally arrives you end up loosing your appetite as you waited so long and you dont get what you have expected. The fish was awful,really dont know what fish is being used the calamari steaks was slimy. According to the waiter thats how its supposed be. Never again will i be visiting ocean basket.this should be my comfort food but not anymore a total put off as well as waste of money and time.i filled in the survey someone called and i advised of my working times. Didnt get a response uptil now.
