Terrible service

Ninapark Ocean Basket gave the worst service I have ever experienced.

We booked a table for 3 for 18:30 yesterday (25 August 2025) arrived 18:30 and got taken to our table. After 35 minutes of waiting, one of us went to the back where the waiters did the orders and asked why we got no waiter all this time. Got told who the waiter should be, but that waiter ignored all three of us till another waiter came to take our order. No bread was brought. Another one of us went to find the manager and was told the manager is not there and that one of the cooks were in charge. Please note, this cook has no idea what happening outside the kitchen.

The waiter who helped us just apologised for the bad service, but nothing done to improve it.

So advise everyone, rather do takeaways than eat in at Ocean Basket
