Terrible service

We arrived at ocean basket (usual eat out spot) for a take away at 26/10/2017 19:30pm which we were assisted immediately by Wayne Mabuyo which normally our food takes about 15/25min depending on how busy it is.

Sadly it passed 45 minutes and the people who arrived and ordered had recieved their meals before us which we had to check up with the waiter as to why is our food taking so long .

when we recieve our food nothing is been checked just handed over to us for us to leave

after checking our meals we see the extra bread we ordered isnt their, there arnt any serviets the food isnt prepared well .

we ordered a plater for 2 but it looks like a platter for 1 .

this is really sad from a restaurant we usually eat at amd recommend.
