terrible service

<p>On Wednesday we went to ocean basket to get take aways and this was after unsuccessful attempts to get hold of them on the phone. We walked through the from door and stood by the take away counter, it was hardly busy. As we stood there a waiter came to the counter and ignored us point blank placed an order on the system and walked away, he came back about 4 minutes later did something on the system and walked away again not even greeting us. About 15 minutes later a waitress came to the counter to print a bill for her table. We greeted her and asked if we could get some service she promised to come back, she came back to the counter looking all busy and not attending to us, we asked for the manager, to which she responded ok and went away. 5 minutes later the manager hasn't been to the counter but a third waiter came through did his thing and walked away. So we were clearly invisible as 3 waiters couldn't even see us. Nor did the manager come to attend to us. We walked out the door and went to spur downstairs to which we were greeted as we walked in. We really felt like seafood that evening but had to settle for a grill </p>
