Terrible Service

<p>I have been a Centurion Client for several years, especially the Centurion Mall branch which is our personal favourite. Today 05/Oct/2016(Evening) the site manager blatantly, refused to assist when we explained to him that we usually get our platter one with hake, he refused and advised that he will instead deduct the monies from the waiters salary, which I felt was very cruel and thoughtless. The manager was not willing to hear us out nor willing to negotiate with us on a way forward but instead we got a really negative feedback from him. I advised him I will not return to the restaurant, I have been loyal to since forever and he accepted that. I spent good 500+ at the restaurant but I left very disappointed, my evening was just ruined.</p>
