Terrible meal

On Saturday around 11-12 we went to mall of Africa ocean basket. We we're 1st costumers, we order full deck. The rice was raw, the meal tastes different than other ocean basket we usually visit. The waiter didn't ask i we want grilled or fried meal. We did complained immediately and the manager offered chips and they were fine. I'm not happy because 3 years ago we went there, gheir meal wasn't as good as we know ocean basket and the service from a waitress named memory was very bad. Mow as a family we decided no more mall of Africa ocean basket, that's our nearest but we can't spend more than R600 for such, we gave it second chance and still didn't work for us. We actually switching to alternative sea food restaurant.
