TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Ordered a take away fish and rice on friday. Phoned and spoke to Kevin (who ever he was he did never showed). I arrived after 30 minutes even though according to Kevin I could come to collect after 20. After waiting another 35 minutes someone who looked like a manager approached asking if he could assist - well yes please we have been waiting for an hour for one fish and rice "so sorry we only have three chefs tonight a lot of people have left tonight" he said while walking the other way. Not offering to find out how much longer we would have to wait. Eventually, I went to two waiters asking if they could assist I phoned with a take away order an hour ago. The guy left supposedly to find out how long still. The lady was apparently glued to the cash register. The guy disappeared still no answer.... Absolutely pathetic!!! At least get back to the client, but NO it seemed that if they avoided eye contact would solve the problem. Terrible all round experience.
