Terrible food and service

On new years entering the restaurant, all the waiters is on their phones not helping us. Finally finding a seat we order food and drinks. The latte I ordered was cold and so strong i couldnt get it down. The prawns was so dirty and the spinich was brown and not fresh anymore. My finaces ordered calamari he always order and there was so little food, it was tasteless and cold. It was realy dissapointing on.new yeaea eve to receive such bad service.
