Terrible experience at Ocean Basket : 24th September 2023 @ 19:25.

Tried to place an order via the phone line whilst staying at the Vacation Club - to no avail : no answer.

Then decided to take a walk to the restaurant. When I arrived there, I tried to ask one of the waiters for assistance. He said he was busy with a table and that I should place the order at the counter. I waited for 15min+ with no one assisting me at all. They just ignored me as I stood there like a fool!!!

I then decided to call the restaurant from my cellphone again, whilst inside the restaurant. And there it was - the phone was ringing loudly with a waiter standing right next to it, but not answering?? The laziest, unhelpful bunch of workers I have ever seen in my life!!

I will not support this establishment ever again. Fishaways here I come!
