Terrible dessert and demand of 10% tip

The Emperors Palace Ocean basket should remove dessert from the menu... I ordered berry bomb (the ice cream was melted, tasted stale and grainy, there were no almonds on it and I chewed on plastic) .. When I made the waiter aware of it, he said... It's just plastic. When paying he demanded a 10% discount.
