TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

i have the most terrible experience at the ocean basket in gold reef city. my whole family went through for supper as they say they are a family restaurant but the service and food was terrible. we got there around 18:30 placed our orders which was 2 platters for 1 and 3 fish and chips meals. including our drinks. it took 20 mins for our drinks to arrive and they weren't anything special as they were beers. 45 mins later we still didn't receive our food and we called the waiter he said its coming now, called the manager and he said the same. when we called the waiter and asked them to cancel our order as it was ridiculously long. then our meals came through. the meals were cold and not to the quality as i know it to be. when we then complained the manager just laughed about it and just apologized. this is completely unacceptable. i had got a call from ocean basket head office and all they could do is apologize as well. this is terrible customer service and i wouldn't recommend anyone to eat at their branches as they dont respective how much a customer spends at their stores.
