Terrible customer service

Went to Ocean basket.l saveways in Witbank. Worst mistake ever we Ordered a platter for 2. I swopped the squid head for normal calamari which I always do. They took. Out 110g of squid heads. But only added in 55g of calamari and charged me an addition 32 rand. This is *******. The manager name ador was so useless defeated the purpose of having a manager in the branch they couldn't even give me a proper explanation as to why I must pay more all she said was I should still pay the bill and she will call me.... How useless will never go there again
