Terrible

<p>On arrival we received our favourite table with an very very friendly waiter with a good start who could've thought an day can end so badly!!! so very disappointed with the duration of the food and then the taste is not ewen nice... what's the use you pay R250.00 for a piece of fish that you wait 3hours for and then its dry as sand and having no taste at all.. we received our food in 3 sections (table of 4 adults and one child) first the child's food witch is fine after 30min of ordering then after the child's food 30min later (60min from order placed ) the waiter said the 2x platter for one is ready if she may bring it to the table or leave it on the hot pass untill the whole line fish is ready. so we agreed to rather bring the 2 platters otherwise the fish will just dry out on the pass.. so with the arrival of the 2x platters by the table the one plater is wrong to the specifications asked the manager on duty did come and try to convince me he could make a new batch of kaychen so i said to leave it as the food already took so very long, its fine i will eat it so the 2 adults finished with their meals as around about 35to 40min have passed and only then the whole line fish a rives at the table on the look of the fish u can already see the fish is dried out, and if that is not bad enough the fish is ice cold, dried out, with no taste! with the dissapointed taste the adult asked for a box to throw the fish in and that we will rather leave as he does not ewen want the fish. the manager was at the table and even with the knowledge of our disappointments at the table about the fish he did not even try to explain or try to fix the problem or try to rectify the problem.we did inform the manager aswell that we will never return to his store again and he did not ewen say sorry or please let me give u food that will make u return to the store.. bill no ********** 042-6, table no 64 bill amount R820.00.</p>
