Tasteless Food, Raw Fish, Oily - Very Disappointed

I took my family including my diabetic elderly parents out for supper last night to Ocean Basket at Cresta. Now we frequent this place, we are loyal customers as my parents love fish and my son loves the prawns. We were all so disappointed last night to find my father and son's fish to be raw and uncooked on the inside. Our fish was tasteless, no salt added and the coating was still wet, white soaked in oil instead of the crispy brown and well fried. The waitress came to asked whether everything was OK and I told her that the fish wasn't well cooked, oily and no taste - my father made a joke and said we having sushi tonight it seems like. All she did was apologise and said how sorry she was. We then got up and left. I was very disappointed to pay for food served in the manner. If it was for free I would not have complained but to pay for this service, hell. Avoid Cresta Ocean Basket as you going to waste your money, rather fry your own fish at home as you will save your money and your can season it the way you want to and fry in less oil. Very Disappointed and so was my entire family.
