Tasteless

On the 25th August my family and I bought our dinner at your kara Glen branch and I must say it was a waste of our money. The food was burnt and had brown charred marks on them especially the chips.It tasted like burn and cardboard.my husband was so angry had we not being with a sick child we would hv returned all of it ,were very dissatisfied and will never buy oceanbasket again if this is what you serve people. I had to prepared a meal because your food was inedible what a waste.We could hv got spur since its so close but we decided to hv prawns since they're our favourite dish.We've been put off them for good please taste what you serve us.I could hv had a better meal with my R250.00 Even KFC is better.
