Swearing and shouting

My family and I were seated at Panarottis next door to Ocean Basket at Highveld Mall in Witbank and we heard a man swearing and shouting at the top of his lungs. I stood up and looked over the partition, and saw an old man shouting at a waiter. He was using a lot of profanity, in front of everyone, including children, and verbally abusing the waiter. I discovered afterwards that he's the owner. That kind of management style is disgusting!!!
