SUSHI MASH UP

I'm writing this review on behalf of my sister. It's about the lack of quality received at one of the Ocean Basket franchisees. About a month ago (Sunday) she purchased a sushi platter for take-away. Attached please find photographs of the product. There is a saying "We eat with our eyes" ; needless to say, its all about presentation. And in this instance, it's clear that the person preparing the sushi order, clearly didn't have the necessary training in preparation for sushi. The end product was a mish mash and totally unappealing meal.
