Strata Mate behaviour by Amanda also known as Vicky and her Manager Jan at Ocean Basket Mall of Africa

I went to Mall of Africa ocean bucket today on my birthday to spoil myself to a nice meal , neither did I know that I will end up this upset and very disrespected , by Vicky AKA Amanda and her Manager Jan on my special day . I got there and ordered and I got assisted by a very friendly and nice lady by the name of Winnie , when I went back to collect I found other staff members standing at the door Amanda greeted me and asked “table for 3, I rep**** and said hi ,no , I am here for collection and I walked in . I told some guy that I am here for collection she called Winnie , then Amanda came in and said in a very rude tone and stinky attitude “so i greeted you and asked if i can help and you just waked in and look at you now , no one is assisting you and I said to her girl if you are here to scream at me please leave and I asked for her name and she said I am not gonna give you my name , I can call my manager for you and She came back with her Manager Jan , the first thing Jan said was “Mam I spoke to 3 of my staff , I have eye witnesses they all confirm that they greeted you and you kept quite , you first need to work on your attitude, I then said now I understand why they are so disrespectful ,they know you will defend them as I walked out they followed me and Jan asked guys did this lazy greet you and they all responded no in defence of their colleague, woow I have never experienced this kind of a behaviour, ever in my life . I hope Ocean busker knows that we can actually go to any restaurant they are not doing us any favour.
