Stinking Attitude by staff towards a customer

Well, I was passing by Ocean Basket in Welkom, Free State then I saw my friends chilling there and I decided to join them for a meal. So as I enter the restaurant there were two waitresses by the entrance as i was about to get a service from one of them, I heard someone calling my name,when I look back it was my childhood friend who happen to work there , so I gave her a hug and went back to the two waitresses to get sevice before I can sit down, but i apologized first for leaving them hanging.

So the problem with my APOLOGY, i think was by calling one of the ladies "Sorry babes", the lady by the name SOPHIE @TheOceanBasket , Welkom, flipped !!

I continued apologizing for that "Babe"too at the waiter kept on and on even swearing at me as I'm approaching my friends table, I felt that i had to ask that waiter, what is it that i have done to her to react like that, she kept on giving me attitude, and i even asked if is that the service they offer to some of their customers, she threatened to call Ocean Basket SECURITY instead of the manager to kick me out of The Ocean Basket Welkom, so i told her to call him because I knew that i did nothing wrong, so as OceanBasket Welkom security is listening to my side of the story, i explained myself, even call upon the other lady waiter who witnessed everything from the beginning, that lady pretended as if she knows NOTHING at all, and Guess what happened next ?

One of the waiters even threatened to KICK me for defending my rights as a customer The Ocean Basket Welkom.

I don't think all OceanBasket franchise have this to deal with, but WELKOM being a small town, they do as they please thinking we all gonna mute, I'm not going to rest until I see that Ocean Basket waiter by the name SOPHIE (If i remember well) get punished for what she did and also I'm also not going to rest until I see that Ocean Basket Welkom Manager , who asked waiters to kick me out without even coming to my table to ASK. what really happened.
