Still terrible...

This establishment(Blue Route, Cape Town) is an absolute **** show of note. Complete embarrassment of the hospitality industry and yoh expect people to pay you?!!!! You should be shut down for good. After more than a year your service has not bettered and you will now be reported to EVERY review page in this country by myself. You will be receiving alot of negative publicity due to your service and I am going to be making a noise. To even think that other people have actually paid you money shockse and I wish I could contact every customer that has paid you and ask them for a review. You have been getting away with this for too long now and it's time your lesson has been learnt. It's a pity it's your fault that youll learn it this way.
