Stale \ Badly prepared food.

I was at the Ocean Basket on Sat 18/11/17,ordered the Calamari and Kingklip,the calamari and rice was good except for the Kingklip which was either overcooked or stale as it was like cutting through a piece of well done steak! I did complain to the manager,he apologised,did not seem fazed by this though and also did not offer to remove this from my bill!....(just a bit size was eaten,rest untouched). They need to seriously improve their customer service\quality of their fish. TKS. Regards.
