Soda drinks served out 1.5l bottles, no gas & warm

Arrived at Ocean basket, my husband ordered a coke, and upon serving the soda was warm, no gas and no ice. He called the waiter and she said they serve it out of a 1.5l bottle! How ridiculous? And after complaining with the manager, she confirmed other people were also complaining but nothing gets done to resolve the problem! If they want to serve out a 1.5L bottle please tell your patrons as they would like to know for what they paying R16 for warm flat coke??
