small bugs flying

Very upset about the type of service we got tonite me and wife came to eat supper.our waiters intro was nice we browsed the menu which he gave us a small menu with about ten items on.me and my wife looked in disblief and ask the waiter if there is no other menu he answered no..we order what was on that small menu because he said there is nothing else..we our order arrived we our meals didn't look to good.the bread he brought had small flying bugs on it..the type you get when something is rotten..the thing we didn't know about the other menu we only were told when we wanted to pay.bad he could have told us when we got seated.we sat next to the walll which was full of fatty substance and that why the small bugs were there..dissapointed to the max and won't eat here again waiter didn't inform us about the other menu and small bugs flying around our food never eat here again 1st and last time
