Why do our agreements have to be changed all of a sudden? we have families that we work for. we are tired of this maltreatment.<br /> Also, this rogue manager, Mike, promises certain prices and encourages people to work hard, but no one got any price. What is the meaning of that? <br />Moreover, if you are not able to pitch for a shift, one is made to pay a huge amount of two hundred rands.Initially, it was agreed on R50 by both parties, but by MIke discretion it shooted up to 200, with no reason waht o ever. To make it worse these shifts are forecly booked by against waiters will by Mike. He does not consult the waiters before he books the shifts<br />Reasons for not coming to the forced Mike shifts are most of the times beyound one's control.
