part of our order was not served due to another larger order in the offing.<br> when order did not materialize at all, we agreed to take away said part order. when take away also did not arrive we asked for refund at cash point. the manageress did not want to hear our complaint and a quick 'slapped up' order was prepared for us. A written complaint to \Ocean Basket' received no response either.<br> "
