Shocking Experience

I went to Westgate yesterday and had the most horrible experience. Bread that was so hard, the wrong preparation of my calamari, torn wallpaper, leaking roof. I contacted OB direct and got what appeared as an automated response that someone will contact me, still waiting. I was a staunch supporter but not anymore. I will try John Dory
