Shocking Covid compliance.

Shocking Covid protocol at your sea point branch. Two patrons on the outside balcony area (more appropriately ventilated than indoors) complained about the “cold” (it’s 20 def). The staff then proceeded to close all the blinds rendering the outdoor area now “indoor”. The “cold” patrons could simply have moved indoors. This meant that we were unable to sit outside. An outside ventilated area is critical for Covid compliance and this was essentially closed at the behest of a single patron. This is totally unacceptable and in my opinion should be taken up with the relevant authorities.
