Shocking

Good day,

Yesterday I went to the ocean basket at gold reef city. The overall experience was completely shocking and not at all what I expect from the ocean basket quality I have loved for years. When we arrived, we could not choose a table as there was only one table that was semi cleaned, all the others had dirty plates etc. Ours even had someone's hairclips on it. Everywhere we looked, there were flies and dirty dishes. This is what we had to look at during the course of our entire meal. The service was super slow. There was no music or anything to create an atmosphere, and the food was awful. I was extremely disappointed and will never return to that branch again.
