Went to ocean basket on sunday afternoon. <br> Firstly, we were shown to a dirty table by the manager and then was attended to by Mike after about 5min. we gave our drink orders. Directly after that i asked Mike about the 'platter for 2'.<br> I asked if we could swop the muscles for a extra piece of fish the calamari heads for extra calamari. <br> <br> He queried by the manager and he came back and said that it was fine.When we ordered our meal i ordered the platter and asked him to do the swop out.he told me that i must pay extra for the swop.i kindly reminded him on what he told me and he told me that i misunderstood him. <br> <br> EXCUSE ME....BAD ATTITUDE TO HAVE WITH A PATRON OF YOUR RESTAURANT.I had then ordered something else. This particular bad service left a bad taste in my mouth. then the food came. The fish that was served was mush, the calamari was tough and tasteless and prawns were tasty.<br> during this time Mike never came to us. I never ate the fish. I paid the bill and gave him 5% tip. he was lucky to get that much. <br> <br> he didnt greet us, did not thank us. took my money and left. i will never return to your branch again. Servants like that give your store and bad reputation
